The summer of 2017 was all about one thing for me: Twin Peaks: The Return. I’d never been that inspired by a piece of art in my entire life. This also coincided with my other new love affair – hardware synthesizers! In the months following, I worked on a set of songs inspired by The Return, using only hardware for all my synth sounds. In early 2019, I came back to these recordings and decided to touch up and release them as an EP. I like to think that the darkness, unease, and confused realities of Twin Peaks can be heard amongst the noise. This will likely be the last Double Oh No release for a long time. I hope you dig it!
